Computer animation in feature films is a modern-day nexus of art and science. Garcia discusses the animation industry from both the scientific and artistic perspectives and the process of making illustrations come to life. He recently served as a physics consultant for DreamWorks Animation’s film Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted.
