SFDebate Asks, Should the U.S. keep a military presence in Afghanistan indefinitely?

Should the U.S. maintain an indefinite military presence in Afghanistan, or withdraw ASAP? Certainly, the public clamor for withdrawal within the U.S. as well as Canada and Europe has made an impact, and though President Obama implicitly campaigned on this issue, and has set a timeline, the U.S. has recently poured enormous human and financial resources into its war effort. Should the U.S. get out as soon as possible, or are there persuasive arguments in favor of indefinite delay?
