The Greig family will explore the role volunteering can play in career development. A local family whose careers were influenced by their early commitment to volunteer work, the Greigs will share their stories and explore the benefits of stepping into areas completely new to them. Whether the volunteer experience was Peace Corps work overseas or unpaid internships locally, their life/work stories speak to the benefits of taking some time to explore new areas by volunteering. Their careers and their community involvement were launched in their early volunteering experiences.
