Alex Kozinski, Chief Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
Since 2007, Kozinski has served as the chief judge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Known for his intellect and witty, sometimes irreverent, writing and speeches, Judge Kozinski will discuss the ethical, legal and constitutional implications of anonymity in the digital age.
