Sam Liccardo, Mayor, San Jose
Libby Schaaf, Mayor, Oakland
Phil Ting, California State Assemblymember (D-19)

The Silicon Valley Leadership Group and elected officials say it is insurance against rising tides that threaten tech campuses near the Bay. What else are cities and counties doing to prepare for floods, droughts and other severe weather happening in the Bay Area with increasing intensity and frequency?
