This special Saturday afternoon program will provide an introduction to the magic and extraordinary diversity of this only-in-San Francisco festival. From the first festival performances and neighborhood performances in 1978 to the Ethnic Dance Festival’s 40th anniversary shows at the Opera House earlier in 2018, this program will include conversations about the history and a video showing highlights of the 2018 performances, celebrating the artists of San Francisco Bay Area companies.
