Evening From the Archives: Women's History Month Special with Madeleine Albright and Katie Albright
In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re diving into our program archives throughout the month of March to highlight some of our staff favorites from the last few years. From Mae Jemison, the first black woman to travel to space and a tireless advocate for women's involvement in STEM education, to Madeleine Albright, the first woman to serve as U.S. secretary of state, we’ve been honored to have trailblazing women join us onstage over the years.
On International Women's Day in 2017, we were pleased to host a special conversation with former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and her daughter, Katie Albright, attorney and CEO of Safe & Sound. In conversation with the late Ellen Tauscher, they discussed the greatest challenges facing all of us and the possible solutions to these challenges. Four years later, this program still carries an impactful message for everyone.
Join us for an Evening from the Archives special, and join the live chat to talk about the program and the Club with other members and supporters.
