Evening From the Archives: Women's History Month Special with Dr. Jane Goodall
In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re diving into our program archives throughout the month of March to highlight some of our staff favorites from the last few years. From Mae Jemison, the first Black woman to travel to space and a tireless advocate for women's involvement in STEM education, to Madeleine Albright, the first woman to serve as U.S. secretary of state, we’ve been honored to have trailblazing women join us onstage over the years.
For our final program of the month, we're excited to re-air our Climate One conversation with legendary environmentalist and activist Dr. Jane Goodall. Widely hailed as the world's foremost expert on chimpanzees and an international icon, Dr. Goodall and her institute boost conservation and improve the lives of people, animals and the environment by honoring their interconnectedness. She joined Climate One host Greg Dalton and Avoided Deforestation Partners founder Jeff Horowitz on her 83rd birthday in 2017 for a celebration of her lifelong work in pursuit of a better planet for all species.
Join us for an Evening from the Archives special, and join the live chat to talk about the program and the Club with other members and supporters.
