Queer Love with Yoly Rojas, Star of 'The Ultimatum'
Join us in-person or online for a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month featuring a conversation about queer love with Yoly Rojas, star of the second season of Netflix's reality series "The Ultimatum: Queer Love." The season tells the stories of an all-LGBTQ cast, as they try to establish or end once and for all a romantic relationship.
Rojas is a Venezuelan/Nicaraguan immigrant creator based out of Chicago. While storytelling, she focuses on highlighting the unique ways a queer Latina can live out loud in spaces not traditionally held for minorities.
What are our aspirations, dreams and goals when it comes to relationships? And why does having portrayals of LGBTQ love on TV matter?
