Join us for an enlightening discussion with Dr. Elias Aboujaoude on the profound impact of online communications technology on our mental health, from dating apps to social media.
Dr. Aboujaoude, a clinical professor at Stanford University's Department of Psychiatry, will delve into how our sense of self, connections with others, and digital interactions can reshape brain function. He is the author of several books on this topic, including Mental Health in the Digital Age, and Virtually You: The Dangerous Powers of the E-Personality. His most recent book, A Leader’s Destiny, updates his thinking on developments such as cyber-bullying, living in a post-privacy world, and parenting around digital health issues.
