About the only thing conservatives and liberals agree upon is that the American political system is dysfunctional. But what are the causes and what might be the cure? Larry Kramer, currently president of the William & Flora Hewlett Foundation and formerly a constitutional law scholar, will discuss the origins of the problem and efforts being undertaken by the foundation to address the issue.
