Building Blocks to the Future

While the San Francisco Bay Area is booming with jobs and (for many) high wages, people are increasingly priced out of the housing market and the region is losing people to fill jobs that are essential to California’s economy. In response to this crisis, we have seen a proliferation of transit-oriented projects (TODs) which place high-density housing above or adjacent to transit centers. TODs provide easy mobility while offering less costly living space.
